Spiritual and Enlightenment Lviv
Lviv is a city that became an insurmountable fortress of the Ukrainian character, a capital of the national spirit of Ukraine. History of Lviv is soaked through with freedom loving and democratic traditions. Within centuries elite of the Ukrainian nation was being fostered in Lviv. Lviv has been and remains the stronghold of the national idea.

Finally after the communist disaster Shevchenko of bronze entered Lviv to stay here for good.
Lvivites actively impact the processes taking place in Ukraine generally. At the dawn of establishing the independent State it was in Lviv that national blue-and-yellow flag first took to the sky over the Ukrainian land, from where it spread to the rest of Ukraine. It is here that a traditional Ukrainian carol sounded in full voice calling out pupils from the East of Ukraine to celebrate Christmas in Lviv, where its been the second year that Kish society has displayed a unique copy of the Presvyata Pokrova Cossacks boat, which sailed over 12 thousand miles of seas and oceans beginning with 1992. It is here that you will find the Ukrainian music, theater, fine art, Ukrainian newspapers, book stores, and the Ukrainian language.
